Terms & Conditions: Amosnde Group:

1. Agreement and Terms:
   • By engaging in any business or transaction with Amosnde Group, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Amosnde Group, including but not limited to rubber stamp production, company seal creation, engraving services, and branding.
2. Service Authorization:
   • For the origination of any stamp, seal, or receipt, a letter of authorization must be provided by the customer.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information provided for stamp, seal, or receipt creation.
3. Consent and Approval:
   • A written consent or approval from the customer is required before commencing any engraving or branding job.
   • Amosnde Group will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in the final product resulting from the customer’s failure to provide accurate and detailed instructions or approvals.
4. Payment Terms:
   • A 50% deposit is required before any engraving or branding job begins.
   • The balance payment must be settled upon completion of the job.
   • Payments can be made via Mpesa Paybill using the account number 303030, account number 2043865598, or by sending money to the number 0728452669.
   • Cash payments are accepted, and a receipt will be provided.
5. Job Pick-up and Disposal:
   • Customers are responsible for picking up the finished job within a maximum of one week from the date of completion.
   • If the customer fails to collect the finished job within the specified timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the job will be disposed of.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Amosnde Group strives to provide high-quality products and services.
   • In the event of any defects or errors in the final product, customers must notify Amosnde Group within three business days of receiving the product.
   • Amosnde Group will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include reprinting or refunding the customer.
7. Intellectual Property:
   • All designs, artwork, and intellectual property created by Amosnde Group during the course of providing services remain the property of Amosnde Group, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any designs or artwork without the explicit permission of Amosnde Group.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   • Amosnde Group will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
   • Amosnde Graphics’ liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
   • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
10. Modifications:
    • Amosnde Graphics reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
